Throughout my career working alongside CEOs, founders, and leadership teams, I’ve noticed something time and again: the moments that shape careers, leadership journeys, and organisations are rarely straightforward.

Leaders are expected to navigate change, make difficult decisions, and support others through uncertainty, often without a trusted sounding board of their own. Professionals are expected to step into bigger roles, take on greater responsibility, or navigate major life changes such as the transition to parenthood, while continuing to perform at their best.

As a mother of two, I’m particularly passionate about supporting professionals through the transition into and through parenthood. It’s one of the most significant periods in a person’s career and life, yet many navigate it with little structured support.

I work closely with professionals to help them sustain fulfilling careers while balancing ambition and family life. I also partner with organisations to better support, retain, and progress female talent through this important stage, helping individuals thrive while strengthening long-term leadership pipelines.
